In other news a HUGE thankyou to all of you who worked so hard to get your trophies, cups and shields back to the show, all are now accounted for
which proves without doubt that only nice people come to the show.

JULY 2010

Quick update to say that we dropped in at the show ground today and it looks marvellous. The land owner has taken a crop of hay off and the small amount of rain forcasted for this weekend will 'green' up the site for the show - but dont forget yout sun hats!

JULY 11th 2010
A Massive recruitment drive is underway to try and stir up some pre-entries,
including our brand new group on Facebook for the Friends, Sponsors, Competitors, Helpers,
Organisers etc of Wheatley show.
The membership is open to anyone who wishes to support the show, to get the first Schedule downloads
in 2011 and post pictures, comments etc and tell us how we can improve the show or just say you had a
good time (which is always nice to hear!!!) Search for 'Wheatley Horse Show' or add me as a friend and
i will invite you into the group.

Looks pretty good for the day of the show - and now the really good news.....(from the 7 day forcast)
1.1cm of rain could fall over the next week (to soften the ground and perk up the grass cover for really good going at the show ground)
High Humidity and High Percentage Cloud Cover during the week should keep the moisture in the ground/grass.
Light winds all week should effect the daily temperature by up to -2 degrees
